The Lodge
The Lodge offers 9 hotel style rooms with queen beds, 5 downstair suites with queen beds and bunk beds, a large living room, commercial kitchen, and dining hall.

The Cabins
There are 3 cabins on the property that are separate from the Lodge. Each cabin has a full kitchen, 1 full bath, bedroom with a queen and a 2nd bedroom with 2 bunkbeds.

The Property
The property is easily accessible right off of Hwy 149 with direct access to the Alpine Loop. The property itself is 15 acres, has separate 2 fire pits (front and back) , and is surrounded by public land.
Who we are
Legacy Lodge is a privately owned mountain retreat that has been in the Dickens family for almost two decades. Designed as a personal gathering place in the San Juan Mountains, the lodge continues to be used by our family throughout the summer and fall.
When available, we offer the property for exclusive use by select groups seeking a private, large-scale mountain retreat near Lake City, Colorado.
The Lodge also plays a part in hosting events for 501c3’s who use the facility as a way to further their mission.
